Return conditions

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts received in the original shipment. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

How to initiate a return

Email suporte@pureblendstore.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. Our team will reply within one business day with the return authorization, the shipping address, and step-by-step instructions.

Refund timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Funds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately at suporte@pureblendstore.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
