Order processing

All Pure Blend orders are reviewed, prepared, and dispatched from our United States fulfillment center within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed on the following business day.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, US delivery typically takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination state and the carrier's current network conditions. We ship exclusively within the United States at this time.

Tracking

Every order receives an automated, real-time tracking link via email the moment your package is handed to the carrier. Updates are pushed automatically — there is no need to request them manually. If you do not see your tracking email within 72 hours of purchase, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Address corrections

Address changes can be accommodated within a strict 12-hour window from the time the order is placed. After this window, the order has likely entered our automated fulfillment pipeline and cannot be modified. To request a correction, email suporte@pureblendstore.com with your order number and the corrected address.

Lost or delayed packages

In the rare event a package is delayed beyond the expected window, please contact us at suporte@pureblendstore.com and we will open a trace with the carrier on your behalf.
